# Play, Win, Own!

Welcome to the Chancey project—an exciting experiment where absolute control over a growing pot of money is in the hands of the players.  Every ticket you buy doesn’t just give you a shot at winning the jackpot or other prizes—it also earns you a stake in the game’s governance. You’ll help decide how funds are managed, distributed, and even which causes get funded.

Currently, Chancey is deployed in a test environment on the Base Sepolia network, allowing players to explore its mechanics and governance model before the full launch on Base.
